"I finally went into this place and so wish I had of long time ago. Really fantastic selection, and great people. I have bought my outdoor clothes from REI for years, and although I love REI, the rain gear and real outdoors clothes are better here. I had been looking for a good quality rain jacket that really would hold up under a lot of rain and I found it, and in a great color too! I came in looking for warm long-johns, and found a huge selection I've never seen anywhere, including different colors and styles so I can use them for leggings too. They've got good quality gear and good quality brand names. Highly recommended."

"The staff is very helpful, and they have an extremely big selection of rain gear. It didn't look like they were carrying HH anymore but had multiple brands and price points to choose from."

Returning a pair of boots for my teenage son and they took him for $20 to return a pair of boots that were too big. 28.5% of the cost of the item is being deducted from his refund when there are other stores, not to mention Amazon that offer free returns. What an absolute scam. Edit to add that their return policy on their website even states "Customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns (except for apparel and footwear).""
