"What a great experience I had! The two cerologists that assisted me were very professional, and did a great job of making me feel at ease for my Brazilian. They got me past my nervousness, talked me through the entire process but also had great conversation to keep me distracted. 10/10, will be going back."

"I only started going there about 6 months ago and it feels like I've known them for years. The owners are very involved too with helping clients in every way. Their staff is awesome. Lauren rocks and I hope I didn't just mess up the spelling of her name. They take all clients on time and often a little early. They've never had that hair salon style wait. They have a shop in their lobby with great items ranging in price from a reasonable amount. I think the cheapest was like 3 or 5 bucks and highest might have been 100. I kind of stopped looking much above 50. They have vegan and allergy friendly product options too with services and the things in the lobby. Oh and also love the monthly billing option."
"I really hate to leave this review. Whenever I have gone there, I have had a great experience! But the past two times that I have gone during business hours they have been closed. I figured the first one was a one off but today at 3:15 I went and the door was locked. Hoping they can get more consistent soon!"
"At the beginning of December I attended a holiday spa party at Waxing the City in Vancouver. Carlotta (owner) made our group feel so welcome. There was a charcuterie board, desserts, drinks AND we got to experience a waxing service and face mask treatment. There was also a free consultation with an Esthetician about skin care. Everyone raved about their treatments! We played "get to know you" bingo. I am scheduled in January to come back and experience additional service. Highly recommend contacting Carlotta to set up your own spa party or experience a treatment of your own. Bonus: We were invited to join their Toys for Tots drive and all had a good time shopping for and donating to this great cause."
