"This place is a joke. I shut down my online boutique and had left over inventory so I took in 3 bins of stuff in hopes to get atleast $200 (when it’s really worth over $1000) and they only took 8 items out of like 100 items! She said “because they already had stock of that stuff”. But then there’s a huge sign on the window saying “we buy all seasons all year”. I’m upset because i wasted my time gas and energy to bring those down and they only ended up taking 8 things when the lady on the phone said i could bring in up to 4 bins."
"The manager leana was a capital B, wouldn't let us sell clothes, had a bad attitude, and banned us for no reason. Worst store i have ever been to. Send the karens and call better business bureau and get them shut down!"
"Absolutely terrible. I was standing in line, no one in front of me and all 3 women at the register looked at me and just went back to talking. I went up and asked who was checking out and one of them told me that they’ll help me when they’re done. I stood there for another 3 minutes until they decided to check me out. Won’t be coming back."
"Great place. Good prices ans they pay you fair for what you bring into sale. Employees have always been very friendly and helpful. No changes, other than rotating winter clothes into the store."
