"I’ve never been more confused by so many good reviews before. Seeing all these amazing reviews had me so excited for my lash lift appointment. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had before. This person has 0 bedside manner she didn’t say a word to me the entire appointment. I asked how long because I was so uncomfortable and my eyes were so itchy and she didn’t even tell me how long which leads me to think there was no timer or anything. My eyelashes have zero curl or lift which is insane. I’ve had lash lifts before with amazing results. My eyes are so sticky because she didn’t wipe anything off she didn’t tell me how long before I could get water on my lashes. Nothing! I’m so confused and honestly traumatized. I do not recommend to anyone."
