"Marissa cut my son’s hair for the first time today and she did amazing! I couldn’t get the app to let us check-in, so we went to the store, where we were told they were booked out, offering us the last appointment of the day. When we came back, Marissa did a great job with pretty vague guidance from my son and was able to work with me to clean it up to perfection. We really appreciated her professionalism and patience at the end of what had to have been a long, busy day!"
