"This store is huge. There are brands I’ve never even heard of. The staff is very knowledgeable when you ask them a question. Very helpful too! Love that you can sample products. They have candles, lotions, body oils, make up, everything you can imagine. Staff was friendly, and the store is clean. A little overwhelming for the non-cosmetic type person. Still a great experience!"

"Just looking for skin care from one brand. I'm handicap and can not walk much more than 200ft. I had to ask an employee where the products were, telling her most stores have different areas, and she informed me there was only one area. This was a lie I had to continue walking around the store in pain, when I found another employee and informed her the first employee was wrong and again informed her about what ulta usually has in most of their stores. Again she informed me that there was only one other area where I could find this brand, again this was a lie, there was still nothing remotely close to what I was looking for. I informed both employees of what I was looking for and either one had no clue where to find it and didn't have the respect to tell me they did not have any idea of what I was talking about or where to find it. Employees ignorance can be easily overlooked when they either make it clear they don't know or find someone that does know. I didn't think I would have to tell these employees about my handicap and that I couldn't just follow them around endlessly to no avail since they have no clue where they are taking me. Please, I don't want to have to be in pain to stop by and replace something I need."
