"Walk ins welcome but will be treated disrespectful! I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and their response was we’re to busy for that. They had two people getting a manicure that’s it! I would have more respect for them if they said we are busy at the moment but come back in 15 mins and we will take care of you. I will NEVER support this business again!!"

"Best place around! Been going here since I moved to the area 6 years ago. They're always nice but can get busy and aren't afraid to tell you they're too busy to work you in which, I think for some patrons is misunderstood as rude. I appreciate being told to come back at another time rather than sitting and waiting forever. If it's important for me to get my nails done that day... I make an appointment. Love these people!"

"Worst manicure I think I've ever had. I got a full set and had two nails break before I even had them for a week. And it was simply because my length request was ignored, and they were like a quarter inch longer on one hand also. When I went in to get it fixed I was given more shitty service and told she didn't have time to actually do a good job, even though I set a tip on the table before she started, asking her to make them right when I didn't have to pay her anything because she messed it up in the first place. I took them off myself."

"The women who work here are great and polite. But the man who sits at the front desk (not sure if he's the owner) is absolutely terrible. He was very rude and aggressive to me when I walked into the salon- even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. He continually shoved his chair into me as I was trying to pick out a nail color and shoved me out of the way as he put colors back. I was made to wait about an hour (again, I had made an appointment ahead of time) until one of the women could do my nails even as he finished up his customer and just sat there. Not exactly sure what I did to piss him off but the experience was so off putting I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE if possible."

"I have to say that this nail salon is AWESOME!!!! My appointment was scheduled for 6 p.m. of course working in Portland you have to deal with traffic after work. I called them to let them know I was running late, she told me it was ok that she will wait for me to get there and then she thanked me for calling to let them know I was running late. I got there about 6:30 p.m. she took her time and my nails came out perfect!!!!! The owner of the salon did my nails when we got done it was 7:30 p.m. and she did not mind at all!!! Thank You so much, Nail Studio is now my favorite place to go and get my nails done!!! By the way the SERVICE there is Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
