Claudia was very sweet and very honest which I needed. She dried my tears after I cried in her salon chair and talked me through a plan to get my hair back to being healthy. She cut the dead ends (which was a lot) but still styled it in a fun way knowing I was very uncomfortable with having short hair. She set me up with products to treat my hair and they really really do work amazing! I’ve been seeing her every six months or so and my hair has never felt or looked healthier.
