"Payed $200 (down the drain )to match my extensions to my hair but she maid my hair darker instead of lighter .. I asked for refund since I wasn't happy about it and didn't try to fix her mistake which is really poor. She doesn't have a lookbook and that's where I screw up, she barely had one on her ig to see through her clients look. So don't waste your hard earned money to this unprofessional business"
