"I took my granddaughter into Bliss in Scappoose for a hair cut & colored for high school pictures. ItI was a very poor job the color was not what we asked for the price was ridiculous I was charged $300. Unreal especially since we were quoted $150. And when I complained about it I was told to bring her back and my granddaughters hair would be re done. But all’s we got we’re excuses!! I can’t believe that a new business would treat customers like this. Ripped off in Scappoose!!"
