"Horrible. My husband and I have been to this location numerous times and even bought our clothes for our wedding here. Last year we were being followed by a little “security” guy for no reason. We confronted him about this while we were shopping and went about our way. After we purchased what we were looking for, and spent over $100 worth of clothing, he continued to follow us while we were exiting the store and ended up setting off the alarm AFTER we walked through it and chased us out. He then continuously accused us of shoplifting, even while we had our bag and receipt. Today, we went back in to the same store, and the same little “security” guy walked up to us and told us we were banned from the store. For no reason whatsoever and continued to accuse us of shoplifting the last time we were there. Ridiculous. He had no proof of anything, except for simply believing that we had stolen from there. We have never in our lives have had this happen to us. This is absolutely not OK and if we could give this location zero stars for this horrible and humiliating experience, we would. Something needs to be done and he needs to be held responsible for treating customers who spend their hardworking money there."
"A very rude cashier was today. Always check the price on the labels and on your receipt. Often the price on the receipt is higher than on the price tag. it is not the customer's problem if the staff makes mistakes on the prices on the tags. The store is obliged to sell at the price stated on the label. This is the law. But Zara's cashiers apparently are not aware of this, so they raise their voices and throw things to customers."
"Just a warning post. I definitely wouldn't want the store to close down because it's the only Zara in the vicinity. However, they really need to get more competent and truthful staff. 2 really painful events: 1. They charged me for an item I never bought worth $70. I only figured it out when I went to return an item worth $25 which wasn't on my receipt but instead they had put another $70 sweater on the receipt. Idk if it was genuine mistake, mix-up or some foul play. Please make sure to tally your receipt with the items bought!! My issue only got resolved after 10-15 calls with customer service. And all they did was give me a gift worth same amount but no apology no admittance of mistake 2. I went to pick up an online order item and they handed me someone else's order. May be I am too trusting. I should just check everything before leaving the store."
"Tons of employees on the sales floor restocking items but are unwilling to provide adequate assistance. I feel employees are not allowed to speak/interact with customers. Fitting rooms are often closed or full of clothes from the previous customer. The managers/staff need to do better at just about everything!"
"My daughter and I visited the Seattle store for the first time. We had a great experience, until it was time to try on the clothes. We did have a large pile of clothes. The dressing attendants were not very helpful. And when I asked if they could hold these clothes we wanted to buy so we could shop more. They said no. It’s against our policy. So we left. Another example of how customer service is dead."
