"My Battle With Desteenation to Get A KEXP Tshirt On or around July 15th I placed an order on the Desteenation website for a KEXP tshirt. The money was taken out of my bank account. As the days went by I began leaving messages and emails inquiring as to when I would recieve my shirt. Around August 15 (more than 30 days after the initial order) I left a negative yelp review basically saying that they took my money, never sent me the shirt, and they won't return my messages. The next day someone from Desteenation called me directly. They seemed really concerned about the Yelp review. They insisted on refunding my money and sending me a complimentary KEXP tshirt. I told them that they could keep the money...I just really wanted the shirt. Again they insisted on the full refund and the free shirt. About a day or so later the original 33 dollars went back into my account. About ten days went buy and I still hadn't received the tshirt. They had given me email address where they assured me I would reach a person. I used it to inquiry as to when I would receive the KEXP tshirt. That day someone got back to me and said I would receive the tshirt in a few days. A week went buy. Nothing came. Today I sent an email and have not heard back. I just want a KEXP tshirt. Please guys. The REALLY RIDICULOUS thing here is that as far as I can tell, this seems to be the only place to get a KEXP tshirt online. What is KEXP thinking? Why license your stuff to an unreliable online retailer ? Uggg so so frustrating..."
