"Avoid this place. The few reviews here that weren’t paid for will tell you the same. All they want to do is milk every penny out of you. They were really trying to force me to take my wisdom teeth out the same day without antibiotics, anesthesia, or any surgery precautions despite my teeth being impacted. All for $6,000+ despite having dental insurance. Why? Because according to them I REQUIRED EMERGENCY BONE GRAFTING. I got 3 more opinions from other dentists in the area. All of which refused to pull my wisdom teeth themselves, agreeing that my case required an oral surgeon. When I brought this up to Kirkland Premier Dentistry the doctor claimed “oral surgeons are liars” LMAOOOOOOO From the moment you sit in the chair it’s like a team of thirsty car salesmen between the dentist and their literal sales rep who spent more time with me than any dental professional did. They probably would’ve left me with some serious infections or serious complications if I went through with it. Scary just to think about Also my “cleaning” was a 5-minute brushing. I left with plaque and toothpaste all over my teeth still. I would have had a cleaner mouth if I never went. And @ the owner, don’t even bother replying to this. You reply to every negative review with the same insecure and pathetic response. Everyone knows your reviews are fake anyway. Find another medical office w 650+ reviews LOL. Don’t talk to me. Don't reply to this unless you are taking accountability and apologizing to everyone you lie to and hurt. You look and sound stupid every time you don’t. Those student loans clearly are hurting bad and eventually this’ll all put you out of business. Rightfully so. You cooked this environment yourself. This place should be shut down. Front desk is nice though so 2 stars."

"Don’t believe the other reviews on here, they are fake from friends and family. They will scam you. They cleaned out a cavity and I didn’t feel comfortable with there work and told them I would be proceeding with any more dental work. I called and confirmed that they hadn’t taken the impressions for the crowns. They still needed me to come in but wouldn’t reimburse me or my insurance for the 3 crowns that weren’t even out in my mouth and they had never even started making them. I called and they said my mouth was still swollen at the time so they needed me to come back to do an impression for the crowns. So that was never done but they still charged my insurance and me the remaining that my insurance wouldn’t cover because they use the entire 4000$ of my insurance and them charged me an additional 1200$. They were very rude and demanding when I called. Luckily I found another dentist who agreed to finish the work free of charge because they didn’t want me to go back to such a terrible place. They quored me 25k for everything I needed done. The place I went instead of them quoted me 13k. Please don’t go to this place. They are terrible and will take advantage and scam you. I will be submitting a case with my insurance company. Save your self the trauma and take the other reviews and mine seriously. No one should have to go through this. If they try saying I’m not a customer of there’s I’ll updated the post with a copy of the quote and all the crazy hidden fees that the new dentist said was outrageous."

"I’ve had years of bad dental experiences so I was skeptical to yet try another dental clinic. I’m so happy I found this place! They listened to my needs and weren’t pushy. They helped me with a treatment plan that worked best for me and my finances. I was missing teeth and unwilling to even smile in public. I can now smile with confidence and they did such a great job! They also did dental work for my husband and my two teenagers. I’m so happy with the care they have given to each of us. Everyone in the clinic is so friendly and take the time to listen and accommodate. I know my family has finally found a dental clinic that we can trust, and for that I am very grateful.
