"While I was in Port orchard Washington watching my son get married I went to the Lotus Shack. From the moment I entered the shop I was greeted with smiles and good intentions. It kind of felt like home being surrounded by all the beautiful crystals and jewelry. I had apparently forgot to purchase my rose quartz bracelet and contacted her shop and called her to purchase it and have it mailedto me here in Alabama. I just received it in the mail today . If I am ever back in Port Orchard Washington I'm going to make sure that I go to the Lotus Shack again. I think it is the best place in the world to get my crystals and my crystal jewelry. Sincerely Rhonda"
"Great inventory, but the prices are higher than any other rock store I have gone to. Her shop at home is also more expensive than the storefront in Port Orchard."
"I really like this store particularly the tapestries. The shopkeeper was very educated and insightful about the meaning and power of each item. All together I am very impressed, I think perhaps they should expand to knew locations although a 15% price drop wouldn't hurt ;)"
"Awesome store. The owner was absolutely wonderful today helping me purchase gifts for my wife's birthday. She even parted with one of her own personal store decorations when I saw it and asked how much it was [ill keep groot safe promise]. This place has something for everyone, and I encourage everyone to check it out. Side note: They moved up on mile hill across from McDonald's from the old place down by Goodwill. Thought they had left after my first visit about a year ago, just moved, yay."
"Walked in and there was just something off about this store. The vibe was negative. I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews. She was trying to make sure that the customers were using the items they bought, “the right way.” One girl bought a journal and she made sure she was going to use it the “right way” for $75! Overpriced. I could find the crystals I wanted, for larger sizes or the same size for cheaper on Etsy. Owner seemed very full of herself. My mom bought a crystal, my brother was wanting one (or else she wouldn’t have bought it) and had to ask how much it cost. Owner weighed it and then told her $14. Then, she goes “how much did I say again? Don’t want to do back on the computer and see what it said” and she immediately got really awkward and started trying to reassure herself/us that it was just because she needed to look back on the computer but didn’t want to. $14 for one small tower. But when you look at the towers that were marked, they were all the same price regardless of size. A lot of items were not marked with names or prices and I think that’s how she gets you, she’s charging random amounts. AND I saw amethyst that she was letting people think is citrine. I messaged to ask what it was (because I knew it was heat treated amethyst that people try to sell as citrine) and she said it was heat treated amethyst and that some people try to pass it as citrine. So from this, I assume she’s fine with people thinking it’s citrine? Which is why there aren’t any name tags on some crystals. (See pictures and see how one of them looks burnt). A lot of crystals were COATED in gloss. Which I understand but I mean it just felt fake."
