I have had haircuts, full color, color retouches, highlights and Balayage done and have always been pleased with the results. They carry a vast array of hair products as well. "UPDATE: Emma offered to cut it to help me get my hair back on the track it was on before 'the mishap'.... Which is awesome. Back is growing out and Emma is guiding it along. I see a few little spots that need fixing but overall HOLY SMOKES so much better. She was really great about taking things slowly and discussing each step before she did it. I don't have to wear a wig anymore!! Bonus: she didn't make me feel horrible for hating my previous cut (not done by her). The first 2 times with Victoree all went well, she had been shaping me toward a bob that I was trying to grow out to…. All I needed this last time was a shave up the neck, had an actual photo shared with me BY THE stylist….and I got all of the hair on the back of my head cut off unevenly by Devin. I like Devin as a person in general, but this was a hack job. I was reimbursed for the haircut (minus the tip I shouldn’t have left in the first place- my fault) and no complimentary follow up cuts were offered. (Not sure I’d go back anyway after this) I now wear wigs when I leave the house and will have to grow back my hair just to get to the point I was at. Photos will reflect what was agreed would happen (the blonde haired pic) *not color, just cut* and then what DID happen. The stylist blamed the chop job on a “miscommunication on what was expected vs what was given” which is odd since she’s the one that showed me that photo for the result. Sad. I don’t think they do many short haircuts."
