"Went in for a simple color and cut, left extremely disappointed with the color. Big random splotches of blonde and brown all over my head! I asked Lacey to fix it, because it wasn’t anything like what I wanted. Brought the blonde up more but left the ugly brown splotches in the back. Won’t be coming back to this salon."

"Came in with a friend wanting a full foil ash blonde , (which was my next session of blonde, I have had two years of blonde sessions trying to gradually get the ash blonde I want because I am a natural brunette ) .I am from out of town and was visiting .everything seemed just fine , my hair stylist stated she had many many years experience (being and older woman) and have been in this busy a very long time , she talked like she knew very much about hair and had mg hopes very very hair. In the end along with the very non professional environment (cussing, gossiping, rudeness to other clients that had walked in during my visit)I was very let down with how my hair turned out , my hair stylist refuses to use toner on my hair and I ended up with yellow ,yes yellow crayola streaks ,along with big yellow /brown splotches through out my hair . my roots still look well over grown ,a total total let down then what she had me intend and hoping my hair would turn out to be and she still charged be full price ($70) . chit chat with her was some what ok ,but I am so very disappointed! I should have gotten my money back! It did not turn out what so ever like I wanted ! I will NEVER be returning! I recommend others to be very cautious if at all considering going here!"
