"I desperately needed a haircut and after I googled hair salons in my neighborhood, I called Tangles to see if they had any appointments available that day. I was pleasantly surprised when the friendly woman who answered the phone told me that they did and scheduled me a haircut with Heather that afternoon. Heather is very sweet and personable. She listened to me and was patient while I showed her photos of the haircut I wanted. She asked questions to make sure we were envisioning the same cut. She was easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversation while she got to work cutting my hair. When she was done and I got to look at my hair I was over the moon! I absolutely love my haircut and I left with ten times the confidence I arrived with. I will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable and Heather is amazing."
