"I’ve gone to this salon for years and time and time again I get a subpar pedicure. I’ve had probably every nail tech in that store and none of them really know or seem to care about the finished product you walk out with. Let’s start with the greeting. You walk in and they just look at you. They don’t ask how they can help, so if you’re shy not the place to go. I never book an appointment so I get whichever tech is available (totally normal). Now let’s move on to the actual service. You pick a color, sit in the chair all in normal. Until they started to work on you. I always get the pedicure with hot stones wax, the works basically. They cut my nails crooked, when I tried to communicate to the lady that they were looking off she said it’s because my toes point that way. Also she didn’t file my nails after cutting them so they are sharp and jagged. when they do the hot wax it is supposed to cover your heal and toes. It only ever covers your toes. Then the massage and hot stones. They bring the hot towels, stones and wax out all at the same time so you know whatever they start with will be hot but the last thing, in this case the stones were cold by the time she began to rub them against my legs. Once she started painting my nails I had finally given up hope on this pedicure. She never touch the edges of my nails. The paint is uneven and blotchy. She put two coats on then turned on a tiny fan and pointed it at my toes to help them dry. I was just sitting in the chair playing on my phone, the salon was basically empty, just me and one other customer who was getting a manicure. But apparently they needed the chair back so they told me that my nails were dry. They weren’t and I told them. They then sprayed my toes with hairspray and wrapped them in plastic wrap and told me I could pay and go. They charged me $51 for this service, that they rushed through, rushed me out and did a poor job on. Honestly this has been my experience with them every time I go. I finally made the decision that if I’m going to be paying $50 + dollars on a service I will be getting the service done correctly. And for that to happen I can’t go back here."

"Man, the quality sure has gone down over the years! I went to get a shellac pedicure and acrylic manicure. Within two weeks, my shellac was peeling and chipping. She didn’t clean my nail bed or cut my cuticles or ANYTHING on my fingernails before doing the acrylic, so they looked stupid. I don’t recommend coming here anymore. I used to love this place, but the quality is trash now."

"Went here with my mom. they give a really amazing pedicure massage though, I will note that the lady that I had was more experienced and was able to keep a reasonable pace. so the lady that was massaging my mother might have been newer and was trying to keep up, doing a subpar job to get us out at the same time. said new lady also did my nails, i’ve never had a French tip so rushed. there is clearly hair under the gel in my nail. none of my nails are even, there are white marks everywhere, she didn’t even get the corners of my nails! Also every single one of the ladies that worked (mind you there is at least five in the store) they all came to look at my nails because I was having trouble communicating with the lady that I wasn’t happy and that there is stuff under it and all of them gave me a thumbs up. These nails are definitely cute just from a far. Very far"

"I love Nancy! She has 32 years experience and it shows! My nails are never too thick. She always keeps colors in mind for me when then get in new. She gives the best pedicures too. Make sure you ask for Nancy or you'll just get anyone available."
