"3 hour wait on the check in app. They are short staffed . The poor gals working had to work their rears off to get everyone in. My haircut was different lenghts on each side and the layering was very different from side to side."

"My dad and I needed hair cuts and he asked me to use the great clips app and get us appointments at the same time. I had never used the app before and was surprised my dad new about that. I was able to get a double appointment in 15 minutes and we were ten minutes away so we booked it. We walked in and immediately were seated in salon chairs and the stylist started in on both our cuts quickly. I requested a stylist that did a particular style of layering and in the past it's been difficult to find someone who knows this technique. Sheryl stepped up and said she was able to cut my hair in the technique I asked about. She was amazing and did exactly what I was wanting. The way she spoke and explained her knowledge left me with 100% trust she knew her stuff. I am so grateful they had a stylist that was so knowledgeable and versed in so many cutting techniques. My dad had a different stylist who did a perfect cut on him also. We both left happy customers who will return again and again. Sheryl will be the only stylist I will go to now because she can perform magic on crazy hair. I love they have the app so you can schedule for as many people as you like and see exactly when you can check in and get updates in between. I wish all salons did this. They were extremely busy but our time slot was exactly as the app said when booking the appointment. We had zero wait time."

"I asked for a specific style of haircut and what I got was not that! luckily my hair grows fast and it will grow back. The only bonus thing for me about this whole experience is that my hair was so long. I was donating it to wigs for kids so at least I know that it went for a good cause.
