"I love their online check in. You don't have to wait very long if you checked in online. Also like the fact that they note what haircut you had at your last visit so they have an idea of what you want before they start. Staff is always friendly"

"Don’t go here even though you check in online and they give you a timeframe. They don’t stick to it. I came in after the 50 minutes they said they would take. only to be told that they were on break and that they were scheduling people during that time but now I had to wait another 40 minute’s. When I came in the lady at the counter was very rude. I will never come back to this business again I would say go to perfect looks across the way in the same mall. They at least stick by what they tell you if they tell you to come in in 15 minutes they’ll be ready in 15 minutes."

"Every time I have come here they never have time to cut hair, even with an appointment. At least 4 different tries. Always a long wait an hour at least. The stylist don’t listen the one time I did get my son to get his hair cut, gave him a buzz cut and not a trim liked requested. Perfect look took us in with no appointment wait was about 20 mins at most and did a way better job."
