"This has got to be the worst ‘professional’ pedicure I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly but seemed hurried to get us in and out despite there being no other customers waiting. The clipping and shaping of my nails is bound to result in an ingrown toenail in just a matter of time. The polish looks like it could have been applied by my 7-year old. My husband’s experience was painful. We will never go back."

"I used to love coming here and was happy with the service. Now, they always seem very short staffed. You sit and wait for the tech to come by, they work on you for a minute, and then they're up helping someone else. A simple manicure ends up being over an hour because they're so short staffed. Also really dirty. The manicure table felt grimy, as did the pedicure chair. I didn't see them cleaning any pedicure bowls. Just refilling the water in between clients, and staff weren't wearing gloves or washing their hands. The floor and bathroom were also really dirty. The nail tech who did my mom's pedicure sprayed household cleaner on her skin. It was extremely strange and alarming. I don't know if they were re-using the bottle or what, but it was highly concerning. I'm really bummed that they've gone downhill so much. Save your money and find a salon that's clean and won't spray household cleaner on you..."
