Dream Nails

"Terrible customer service. I called ahead of time asking for a dip manicure and the lady said she could do it. When I got there she said she barely had anymore powder left so she could not do it. So we agreed on acrylic fill over the dip. She went to take off some nails that were broken and PAINFULLY took them off. Just ripped them off and didn’t use acetone or anything and kept being rude when I expressed that it hurt. She told me to stop being sensitive. Then proceeded to shape my nails and when I told her the shape was off she rudely said she fixed later (she didn’t). Then the polish she didn’t even clean up good. Lastly she pressured me to pay her before she put color on because she knew I wasn’t going to tip. Terrible experience and never going back. I’d recommend no one goes here."

"Love coming here, super sweet customer service is excellent. Each girl works different yet always satisfied. They are safe, clean and I feel comfortable coming. Convenient, only thing is I wish they have parking LoL not a big concern yet it be nice. I loved coming here yet ,The place close at 6!"

"Not pleased at all the red flags where there I should have turned around when I had to ask the young lady to flush and rerun my water due to stuff floating in the water she attempted to dismiss as “staining”. The lady attempted to paint my toes but more so did a better job painting my skin. I asked her to remove it at this point another lady come over very aggressively and began to FILE my skin !! I asked them to stop I simply just wanted to get out of there. I was still charged full price although my pedicure was never completely done. My polish was removed no shaping was done or cleaning of the nails or dead skin. This place has really fell apart as a teen this was my go to location."

"Always go back cuz they do a good job and the rhinestones NEVER fall off! I've had their nails on for 2 months in between fills with only breaking 1... and I DO use my hands a lot!"

"Wow!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! They stayed open late for me and fixed my messed up nails and were extremely fairly priced! I was VERY impressed! I have been going somewhere else for years but my lady wasnt available and I needed my nails done ASAP! They were open late, got me going right away and the service and quality is just incredible. I am turned into a long time member now just off that one session. I have to get my nails filled every 2 weeks and I was gel polish everytime. Very impressed."
