When I called Budd Bay with only 2 days to get three shirts done for the company I work for I was met with exceptional customer service and a "can do" attitude. They even went as far as to overnight ship the shirts from their vendor to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in the very limited time frame we had. Needless to say they have earned a customer for life. I cannot thank them enough for getting these shirts done in such a short time frame. "Don't ever use this place. They consistently take extensive time when working small projects. I needed two lines (four words) embroidered on my lab coat. One of their employees picked a font that would match what was already on there. I was told 10 days. After no call in two weeks, I stopped by, only to be told that it had only been started the day before and would not be ready until almost closing that afternoon. When I picked up the coat, the two embroidery did not even match what was already on the coat. Don't use this business unless you want expensive, slow, sub-par work. Response to owner: This is inaccurate. I was never offered to have the font digitized. If you are going to accuse me of not listing all the facts, please only addthings that are, in fact, factual. To Everyone else: Please don’t let the owner’s response to their shoddy work distract anyone from the fact that they took over 2 week’s and charged $20 for the embroidery of 4 words that looked like they were done by a child with a font, font size, and even color that did not match the other side."
