"I'm shocked people said the service here was bad. The lady and her dog were SO NICE! We came during off season, so I'm not sure if they have a play in that. We purchased a wind chime, and my boyfriend commented he was planning to ship it to his mom, and the lady made sure to grab a box and wrapped it nicely so it won't break during transit. She was so nice and talked to us about Whidbey, the weather, and how the island can get so busy during peak season. The shop is what you expect at a giftshop: magnets, shirts, sweaters, mugs, postcards. There's quite a bit of native artwork!"

"We’ve shopped here in the off season before but they were closed this time around. Other reviews do hold true to some accuracy, there’s a LOT of stuff packed into this place. And many items probably not worth the price. We went specifically for sweaters and t shirts. Appears to be for sale."

"I highly recommend this wonderful gift store in Coupeville, Washington. The customer service is excellent. When visiting Coupeville in the summer, I saw a map of the Puget Sound region on display for sale. It was only later in the fall that I realized it would be the perfect gift for my daughter. I don't live on the island so I called and spoke with a shopkeeper. She was able to sell it to me over the phone and then she created a special foam mailing tube to fit it and mailed it to me. It arrived in perfect condition. This is customer service "par excellence." I will definitely be stopping by the store whenever I visit Coupeville. Highly recommended!!!"

"Nice gift shop filled with many different items. Most gift shops now want $50-60 for a hoodie. I got a cute Whidbey Island hoodie I liked for $30. Sure it’s not designer stuff, but the quality is acceptable. Have worn it many times now and no issues with it!"
