"First time going here and had a great experience. Very quick and efficient and great attention to detail. Place is nice and pleasant environment. Definitely coming in again ☺️ loved how my nails turned out !!"
"I had an appointment scheduled two weeks prior. When I arrived Cathy had another client in her chair. They said they tried calling me to come later but would only be ten minutes. I waited ten, fifteen, twenty, twenty five at thirty five minutes I left in order to get to another appointment on time. Cathy and I often had the conversation that I made several appointments when I came to town as I live twenty minutes away and I would not answer my phone when I am driving. I always was on time, I always paid with cash, I always tipped. I won’t be going back."
"Got my nails done here, I got a gel manicure and they did a good job but my nails started to peel after 3 days I would recommend going to jasmine nails in Vancouver instead of here."
"I was charged $15 for gel removal. This did not include a manicure or color. By far worst customer service ever! Would not recommend."
"I’ve always heard good things about Charming so I went in for a powder dip. I will not be going back. I had long nails when I went in but my nails aren’t super strong so getting a dip felt like the right choice rather than just painting. I left with short nails so thick I can’t even pick a pen up off of a table. The tech “shaped” them by cutting them off. When I asked him about the thickness I was told that’s how they are supposed to be. Now I have to go pay twice as much to have this garbage taken off my fingers and my nails fixed. Please do not waste your money at this place."
