"Unfortunately my perm appointment with Brandy did not go well. I asked questions thru out the perm process and Brandy assured me that after 3 days my hair would have curl. When that did not happen ( just lots of frizz) I bought $50 worth of additional product. Products did not enhance any curl. I sent pictures but no refund or partial refund. No apologies for lack of curl in my hair."
