Friendly Nails

"This is where I have been getting my nails done for 16 years. Only once have I gone elsewhere, and that was when I broke a nail to a painful degree while hundreds of miles away on vacation. The people are friendly and kind, and I always listen to their advice about nail and hand care. They know their business and take care of their clients."

"The shop owners are wonderful people. Very friendly and nice. They are the only ones running the shop, so even when they're not too busy it takes a very long time. Appointments are best. This was my first time getting a gel manicure and pedicure at this salon and I was not pleased. The nail polish starting falling off as soon as I got home. The application was not smooth on my nails (there were bumps and bubbles). The removal of the old gel polish was not great; some of the old polish left. My cuticles we're not treated. The new gel polish application was very thick and uneven. The new gel polish application did not cover my full nail; there were spots on my nails that did not get polish at all."

"To the man who just filled my nails. Who used the efile on my skin to where it hurt/burnt me enough to make me pull back my hand and then you told me I had hard nails to do. I told you, that you were filing my skin that's why I jumped! You need to learn how to treat people. This was my 5th time here and my last. Do better. If you hurt someone you should acknowledge/apologize. I get my nails done all the time and have never been treated like this. To top it off my nails are crooked as well. It's OK I will fix them when I get home!"

"This placed should be named the Most Unfriendly Place in town!!! I had scheduled a Pedicure for 12 noon. There was no greeting when I arrived. All they said was , “what do you want”!. When I told them a pedicure, they said,” How thick are your toenails !” ; in a very accusing way. The professionalism is very poor, their work is poor and the lack of attention to my needs was nonexistent! I will never go back there again!! They are the most rudest people I have ever met in this setting."

"I am so unhappy. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and instead of them telling me upfront that they could not meet my expectations, they did what they wanted. I wanted tan nails with a specific design on ring finger. I ended up with pink nails and a faulty design of the only flower she knew how to make. Very unsatisfied and will not go there again. First pic, what I wanted, 2nd what I got!"
