"This is our go-to Ace. It's not always the closest, but it does have some of the most helpful and friendly employees. The Stihl experts have gone above and beyond for us several times. My husband does most of his own repairs and has asked for some pretty obscure parts and they have always come through. They also have a great selection of nuts, bolts, and other parts to keep our equipment running."

"I generally like Ace compared to home Depot because the employees are more knowledgeable and helpful. What has ruined it for me is the new security measures. Lots of things are locked up now. This means on a busy day you have to wait until an employee is available and have them follow you around and unlock cabinets to get at what you need. Then they have to put those things up at a register until you are done shopping (because you must be a thief). Ace, you need to find a better way or you will lose loyal customers"
