"Came in to get bow string fixed. There were two employees working. I brought in my old string to put on. The place was dead nobody inside or waiting. I explained to staff I only had a few more days left on vacation. The long haired stoner looking dude had absoulty no interest in helping me at all. Told me it would take 2 to 3 days to switch out my strings. The entire time just standing there doing nothing. This is not the service I've come to expect from here. Extremely disappointed. The other guy working could clearly see this and ended up calling vancover location. With better service from him inwas ablento only delay my hubting trip by a couple hours. Needless to say I will not be going back to the battleground location. It has me sadden considering battleground is were i live. I have bought my bow from them and have sent others in to see them with the same experience as I."

"I just bought a nice bow with a full accessories setup here at the Battleground Archery World. They had all the high quality accessories I was looking for in stock except they were sold out of the Black Gold sight I wanted. But no worries they said, and got one shipped down from another one of their shops next day. The guys at shop got my bow all set up and tuned the way I wanted. They were all super responsive and helpful. I could tell they were busy with lots of work orders but they took time to work with me. They are really knowledgeable about all the products they have on the shelf. Because they are all shooters they had pro level insight about how I wanted to run my new setup. That was also helpful. I was impressed how quickly they got my package all set up despite how busy they were. The new indoor range they have is awesome. Great people working over there. Had a great experience.
