Another time when my battens failed in shorebreak, Phil and the team were very helpful and friendly when I showed up at the headquarters in Hood River. Everything was repaired within a few hours so I could go surfing again! On top of that, they recommended me some great spots for that day, as I was a newcomer in Hood River. "I first tried a Sailworks Retro in 2003, and was so amazed by its performance and range that I bought a whole quiver.
