"When looking for a dentist office to call home you would think of someone who genuinely cares about your well being and to ensure they are going to take care of your oral hygiene needs in a way that makes you happy and comfortable. In this office, it is simply about money. It does not feel authentic. It felt as though Dr Emerson only has her vision of how things should be done and will push you into going her route. We went her route, the outcome was not even close to the expectation that was set and she refused to accept her own mistake. When in there to discuss a solution she already had pre written quotes for more things to be done, demonstrating that she never intended to hear us out and try to come up with a solution the ethical way but rather wrote up quotes for her to get more money and more work to fix up an already butchered job. She left us in her office to "look over the quotes" and we heard her in the next room with her other patient whom she was also arguing with about the outcome of their work as well.... Dr Emerson uses over dramatizations to make you feel like you are making the right choices and constantly claims that she is "so excited for your options" and is "so thrilled to see the outcome" yet when the outcome doesn't match up to what she intended she refuses to accept fault or help you work it out. Very disappointed, this is not the professionalism you would expect from a dentist that is supposedly so highly rated. When something doesn't turn out, that is okay, but it should be fixed on your accord. That is what good customer service is and what genuinely caring about your patients is. When choosing this office, analyze her mannerisms and approach with caution. Don't be fooled."

She is always pursuing the least invasive option that will produce the best long term outcome. Her treatment and each one of her recommendations proved to be incredibly effective. Thanks to her, my mouth is now healthier than it has been in decades, which has drastically improved the quality of my life.
