Wind River Pharmacy 280 2nd Street, Stevenson, WA 98648

"Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! They are extremely disorganized and incompetent. I arrived and the prescription wasn't ready. Cashier said to go to the check in desk and let them know I was here so they could bump me up the top. I went around to the pharmacist check in desk and said I was picking up for a post-op patient just out of surgery who was waiting in the car. They said it would just be a few minutes. I sat there (and post-op patient was waiting in the car in pain) for FORTY MINUTES. They said the prescription "got put in the wrong colored basket" and that someone had made an error and I shouldn't have been told to wait - they should've given me a time to come back. They said I should take the patient home and come back?!??? At that point!!? When they closed in 20 minutes?? Absolute jokers. Horrible experience."

"Lent me pills when my doctor's was taking too long with my refill. Friendly and helpful. Love the old school vibe and yes, they do have a great selection of candy."

"The pharmacist was almost belligerent! As far as I’m concerned this guy was busy flirting with co worker than doing his job!! Also he told me very loudly so everyone in store to hear well your choices are this pill or another or have a stroke! Using the names of meds! He didn’t know me, just a want to be know it all , who broke the Hippa law!! He never even went over medication! Most incompetent pharmacist I have ever come across! Needs to back from where ever he came from and owners need to bring Kyle back!!"

"Trust me when I say that Wind River Pharmacy is excellent. I’ve been taking a “controlled substance” for ADHD for 20 years now, so that’s 240 visits to the pharmacy for that medication alone. Trust me when I tell you there have been many times where I felt judged, ostracized, even saw pharmacists rolling their eyes and laughing while filling my script. I haven’t been made to feel that way even once getting my prescriptions at Wind River; It has made my life so much easier, having a friendly and efficient neighborhood pharmacy these last 6 years. It’s one thing I’ll be sad to have to leave behind when I move back East. P.S. Not trying to be a smart a$&, but pretty sure they only close for 30 minutes for lunch. Being a pharmacist takes heavy concentration, it’s hard work. 30 minutes is barely enough time to have any kind of lunch or rest. It’s honestly never been an inconvenience to me, personally."
