"I brought in my 89 year old mother a couple days ago for a cut and a perm and Michael did a wonderful job. The cut looks better with every passing day. I think it has helped her sense of self to look better groomed again. Michael knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him."

"Extremely disappointed. I asked for platinum blonde highlights with dimension with my natural brown hair. Yes, my hair can get there pretty easily and I’ve been platinum a few times. I left with yellow highlights and some questionable uneven areas. I’m in $300. Then the stylist calls me that evening saying a spot in the front was bothering her and she asked me to please come back in so she can fix it “Free of charge”. She said she wanted to fix her mistakes and that it would be free. I go back in and after having a few foils put in another staff member says “You will probably just have a small fee today, ok”? I was speechless. What? I tell the stylist if it was going to cost coming back today I wouldn’t have come back. I was told it would be free of charge. Now I’m sitting there with foils in my hair and they change it to not being free of charge? So unprofessional. They still push a $60 fee calling it a small fee saying it’s just to cover the toner needed. Well, guess what? I wouldn’t be needing another toner if my hair was done right the first time. So, I have to pay more money now because they made a mistake? Why should I be paying for that? No business should ever say something will be free of charge and then change that on the client once they are stuck and give them no choice. Now I have great looking highlights with natural brown dimension in the back but then they decided to just go solid blonde in the whole front side of my head. It looks stupid and now I just want to go get a brown box of dye and call it a day. $360 later and my hair sucks. This place is dishonest and unprofessional."
