"While the young lady on the phone was an absolute sweetheart and I'm sure just doing her job, the company itself as a whole seems like it's engaging in some SUPER shady business practices. Avoid this place at all costs. I'd trust the sketchy homeless guy down the road before ever trusting Insurance West again."

"I have had insurance here for a while. I needed to provide some information to them to get a new policy and I didn't have the information on me and certainly didn't have it memorized. I didn't know I would be asked the question. The woman that answers the calls, but isn't an insurance agent, literally laughed and said "ya well that would be important." She said it really sarcastically. Really? There are 100 other places I can go for insurance and not deal with with rude people. I decided to go elsewhere and ended up saving about $10 a month over their quote and the service was great!"
