"Dedicated and very personable staff. Pleasant environment and low wait times. Someone I know was waiting for a haircut when I arrived, great clips, and was still waiting when I left. Every place from walk-in slaons to barber shops were all booked up nearby. Most had 90+ minute wait times or not until next week for some. This was a Thursday afternoon. I am very pleased with my service and will be returning. Even though it's right off the freeway I think it gets overlooked for a place to get a haircut and beard trim."

"I scheduled for a facial wax and shampoo blowout. Wasn’t expecting the quality I since it was a lower end salon. Diana was professional, not rushed and did the job I would have expected in a high end salon. I will go back again. Was nice to finally find someone who is open on weekends and not break the bank."

"After a second poor experience, I won't be back. I understand you get what you pay for at a chain like this, however, my last experience was ridiculous. I paid for a shampoo/haircut. The shampoo was wetting down my hair, smoothing over it twice and rinsing it. I thought it was standard to blow dry hair after cutting but apparently not? I left with dripping wet hair, which was after she asked if I wanted it dried. I wasn't expected a blow out, but should have at least dried it. To top it off, the stylist kept complaining about how heavy my hair must be and how there was too much of it. Nothing like being insulted while paying for a service. All this being said, my husband does regularly go to Denise and always has had a good experience. Denise did not perform any of my prior services (if you can call them that)."
