"Sonia did eyelash extensions on me and they look terrible! They didn’t match each other and were not what I wanted. She was more concerned about talking about a water leak on the phone while doing my lashes than performing a service. Very sloppy job and unprofessional."

"I came in for a set of hybrid lash extensions. I have had lash extensions in the past but had taken a break from them for about a year. First off I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. I understand things happen and was fine with it. Then the tech brought me to the lash room. It was strange in that It had a sliding door that was kept open the whole time, with other customers and staff walking by as I’m laying on the lash table. There’s no sink in the lash room and the tech did not wash her hands prior to starting. I hope she washed them before she came and got me from the waiting room. She started to apply the under eye dressings and then taped my upper eyelids open! My right eye hurt very bad and I asked if she was going to keep my eyes taped open the entire time. She said yes, because my eyelids were moving too much. I’ve had lashes done before at 2 different salons multiple times and they’ve never taped my eyelids open. Once the pads for the extensions are in place my eyelids don’t move, it’s just getting them set up that causes movement. I told her I was no way going to be able to sit like this for over an hour with my eyelids taped open as the lids hurt. She said that’s how she does lashes. I left. Total waste of time. And I just hope I don’t get an eye infection as my eyelid is still sore and my eye is watery. I’m a nurse and this worries me, I really regret going to this place. If you care about comfort and cleanliness go elsewhere for sure."
