"Great prices and walkin availability. My full set isn't terrible. Asked for almond and got round even after I told him I wanted a bit more point. I'll be reshaping them when I get home. But for the price I'm not too upset"
"One person did three people at the same time and it was just uncomfortable. Took two hours and the water was freezing."
"The pros: walk in availability The cons: called about acrylic nail removal and was told it would take 15-25 minutes. I get in, and the tech shoves another acrylic nail under mine to pop it off then switches to a knife. This also doesnt work and hurts bad. I ask for acetone. She agrees, sets up, and walks away. I am alone for ~10 min. All techs then rotate between me and the other guests without washing hands in between. Eventually i get a tech that sticks with me... however he went back to the knife and took a chunk out of my real nail. The process took 45 minutes. As i type there is still bits of acrylic on my nails. I could have shoved something under my acrylics and damaged my nail for free at home."
"Very iffy place. I don't have any confidence that the nice tip I put on my debit card made it to the hard-working young pedicurist who did a quite thorough job (exfoliating; I don't really do polish) -- bring cash and give directly to your technician. I have been told at other salons that the owners will keep the tips. Great deluxe pedicure. Got lots and lots of dead skin off my feet with that micro-blading tool. Older woman worker shuffling around initially without a mask, coughing and sneezing. Said something about me in a foreign language and made my pedicurist laugh. Ugh. Very bad customer service. No greeting from your technician. No thank you from technician. I had requested that my pedicurist do my manicure and eyebrow wax and she had agreed, but then left to work on someone else with no explanation. Not wanting to be anywhere near that clearly sick worker, I got out of there."
"Paid extra for pedicure, shortest roughest massage ever. Not worth it. I have been many other places where they took longer than 2 mins on the massage. Pedicure was mediocre. Polish uneven on toes. Pretty hard to mess up. I asked for a fill and the man filled my prior set ok, but there were 3 nails he had to replace. These were put on wrong, filed them completely unevenly. They turned out AWFUL. The polish was put on unevenly as well. I have never had a set like this as bad before. He wouldn't even fix my nails to shape them like the other ones I had before. How hard is it to follow the shape? Way wonky. I will go back to my regular place next week to have these fixed. I'm very upset because its causing me to waste money!"
