"First time here tonight… I am 2 months postpartum and finally had a window of time to come get my toes and nails done. I wasn’t greeted the nicest. No “hey welcome!” nothing. I sat down was asked what I wanted and I said full set almond but not that pointy. The process goes on and I wasn’t even asked if the shape was okay the gal just kept doing her thing and when she was done I looked at them and my nails were all facing different directions and up. I asked her if she could fix it and she said “I don’t know I can try” and so she tried and couldn’t. So she explained how she would have to start over and I said that’s fine. She was upset closed her nail box aggressively and then shoved her light lamp toward me to where it almost hit me in the face, she didn’t even apologize and told me to go to the back to get my toes done. Well the gal that did my toe nails was amazing and very patient. When I was done with her I went to the front to get my nails redone and she didn’t say a word to me. And honestly I came home to my husband and cried and I’m sitting here trying to file them myself. I came here based on the reviews but I guess I won’t return ever again."

"Camano Nails is the best place to go! They have many options for colors and always do a great job with my nails! I’ve even come here for mommy daughter mani & pedi and we love this nail spa. Polish lasts for weeks on my young daughter and my gel manicures have always been gorgeous (I always get compliments on them!)"

"I didn’t actually stay long enough to have a service provided after I had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time (I was not a walk in), once I was vaguely gesture to sit at a pedicure station against the back wall, I hesitated, putting my feet in the stagnant water as the faucet wasn’t running, and I’d never had an experience like that and previous nail salons. With nowhere to put my shoes or purse. I squeezed against the wall to get into the chair and noticed toenail clippings all along the ledge next to the chair I was sitting in, let me remind you I had not had a service done, so those were not my toenails. I dipped my toes in the water, and it was cold, so I commented to the woman next to me, my water is cold, and she repeated “oh that’s old “. I asked again if this water was old water from someone else, and she nodded at that point I just grabbed my purse and slid my shoes back on and told them that I was no longer interested in having my service is done there."

"Update! They have called to fix my polish and have apologized for the long wait today!. I am very impressed and will definitely be returning. Although I have always had pretty good results they are horrible at communicating. I called to ask a good time to come. They said now was fine. I was there for 2 hours just for a pedi with regular polish. I feel like they forgot about me after the pedicure and first coat of polish. It look them an hour just for 2 coats of polish no top coat. I asked how much longer it would be after waiting 30 minutes without any more coats and she said your done.... when I got home and it was already smudged. I have been there before and never had a problem with the polish smudging. I have also never been there for 2 hours unless I am also getting a mani."
