"This was my first visit to this location as I usually go to a different location. On a side note: If I lived closer, this would be my main location for haircuts. The stylist listened to me about how my hair is normally cut. I have really thin and fine hair that is in a a bob style cut so it can be a challenge cutting my hair as it has to be dry cut meaning no water. The stylist was very friendly and professional. My haircut was done correctly exactly how I told her."

"Usually go here just for convenience. I haven't had a bad enough experience yet to leave a 1 star review but this last time going was the last time I ever would. I can't remember the woman's name that cut my hair but she was very sweet and nice. However, my hair was down to my waist when going in (I wanted a LITTLE cut off and layers) and I left with hair barely going past my shoulders. I am so upset I can't even keep my hair down until it grows out. Please anyone reading this keep in mind they are short staffed as well... probably for a reason?? Very upset, will not be visiting again."

"The woman who cut my hair chopped my hair more than 3 inches shorter than I had requested then added layers so short that I can barely even tuck them behind my ears. I went in with long beautiful hair and less than a half hour later came out with the worst haircut I’ve ever had. She even managed to botch my bang trim, they’re completely uneven. I’ve been crying every time I see myself in a mirror ever since I left. I’ve tried stying it many different ways to make it look better and I’ve had no success. I’m just glad it’s possible to put it in a pony tail, which I’ll have to do for the next year+ that it’ll take to grow it back out."
