"The customer service here is appalling. They ruined a birthday surprise my husband had planned 2 months in advance for me, twice. They called me to confirm our appointments and made up an elaborate lie that they called xx64 instead of xx63, when I have an out of state phone number. Then they sent me a confirmation text 2 days later. When I called to ask what the issue was, they said it was noted that the appointments were a birthday surprise and not to call me. The next day they called my husband to ask him to move one of our appointments (he had booked facials and a couples massage) to accommodate another client. Are you kidding me? He said no. Is it a surprise that the next day (today) at about 5:45pm we are told a provider is “sick” (convenient 2 days before Christmas) and our scheduled couples message (which they now say they have booked separately) need to be cancelled. But we can still do the facials. Absolutely not. I wouldn’t waste my money after the completely horrible experience l, after going here for 5 years. Icing on the cake is that last year they had a broken pipe and we couldn’t have the lunch we planned or use the steam room or showers. 2 years in a row of disappointment. We will never come back and we will share this awful mess with friends and family. Management needs to do better. My husband requested female therapists. Telling me a male is sick make this even more ridiculous bc a request like that should always be honored. We weren’t offered a time change for tomorrow when called today. Your staff doesn’t follow directions for appointments and they clearly don’t listen to you either."
