"Diane was GREAT! Fixed a bad haircut and was not only informative, creative, but FUNNY!! See ya in a month or so Diane."
"Very rude act like I was putting her out to cut my hair the worst haircut ever. I sat on my thoughts for a few weeks but finally decided I had to say something. I gave a nice tip still cause that is how I am. This person, in my opinion, has ZIP on customer service. I wished at first attitude I'd waited for lady is next station, she smiled was friendly."
"0 stars, my son has anxiety and the hairdresser was mean, crabby and absolutely no help. He was covering his eyes and she said she couldn't cut his hair. It broke my heart that she was more annoyed than helpful."
"My hairdresser knew exactly what hairstyle I was asking for and gave me great advice while cutting my hair! Service was quick, friendly and very well done. I couldn't be happier with my haircut!"
"I had been going to this location for years up until around the time covid had started. The ladies who worked there before they had closed and gotten a new owner were wonderful. They knew my kids' names, they knew how I liked my hair cut, and for the most part did a great job. After they reopened, none of the old staff was there, but I went ahead and tried it out anyways. The first cut was disappointing, and the next few after were equally poor. This was the same for all the the times I had taken my kids there as well. And it's not even just a case of them not quite doing what you asked for, and telling them, and having them fix it on the spot. It's more like them just not taking pride in their work and willfully doing a poor job. I'm not great with names, but whoever the stylist is with the undercut, I have noticed that every time she cuts my kids' hair and I ask for a fade, they end up with some version of her style except shorter and most of the top of their heads are cut at different lengths. I brushed my son's hair down his forehead and it looks like a heart monitor line. And none of his sideburn, or back of the neck matches up and are cut at angles. There is zero attention to detail. I'm actually more impressed that she does this consistently than I am upset about it, because it happens every single time. Point is, I was fortunate earlier this year when I found a barber in town that truly wants to cut your hair, and they take pride in their work. And this place, along with great clips (nice little shout-out here) it just doesn't seem like they are there because they enjoy what they do, and it really shows through their work. Couple that with the ridiculous prices, and it makes this the kind of "last resort" that you do your best to avoid."
