"I arrived for my appointment for the front desk staff to let me know they emailed me 1.5 hours prior to tell me they had to cancel it. I checked my spam folder and had no emails from the spa. All of their other confirmation emails previously had gone through. Staff said they did not have my phone number to call. I have an account there so I’m not sure how or why they made an appointment for me without my phone number if they really didn’t have it or why they wouldn’t have asked for it in an email Incase they needed to reach me. I don’t have the luxury of being flexible right now as I have to schedule child care to receive any services. I think it’s funny that the spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy where I would have to pay a fee if I canceled but all I was offered was to reschedule and a sorry from front desk staff."

She understood exactly what I wanted during the consultation. She gave me a beautiful, deep red that I have always wanted. The salon and shampoo area are gorgeous. "Ocean view spa with great vibes people in the small historic town on the island. Love to come this place for various menu but always let me fall asleep, I always completely feel relaxed. Recommend for tourists as well! Couple massage or couple pedicure would be great."
