"Took my husky (age 4) in for his first grooming...bath and brushing. He was very excited and happy to see everyone but didn't want anyone to touch his feet/don't know why. He barked at the groomer when she tried who was very nice in spite of this, but the supervisor said they weren't willing to take a chance. I would have been fine if they wanted to muzzle him just in case to protect their staff but they just turned us away. Very disappointed in supervisor's attitude...I guess they only want to bother working with small, obese old dogs. Won't be back at Petsmart for anything from now on. Will buy my pet supplies elsewhere."

"They gave my dog the completely wrong hair cut for his breed. I complained and they rudely told me that I what I asked for. When I contacted cooperate office to say how poorly we had been treated, they said every cut has a satisfaction guarantee and refunded our money. Fast forward a few years, I find out we have been black listed for too many complaints."
