"When Dr. Stathopoulou was cleaning my teeth below the gum line, she cut my gums a significant amount on a particular tooth - that is, she shortened my gums to a point way above the tooth. She didn't ask first if it was ok to do it. She didn't inform me that she was going to do it. She just did it. I was awake but numb at the time so I didn't realize what she had done because she was silent. Almost 6 months later, this tooth still looks very weird because so much of the gum is missing, and it's also extremely sensitive. Also, she created a gap by doing this, where food can get in and floss won't clear it out, only a water pik can get it. So any time I eat during the day, I have to run to the bathroom afterwards to get that food out with the water pik because it's uncomfortable. I strongly recommend not going to this periodontist. I didn't see any negative reviews about her before I had her do work on my teeth - I wish I had. So this is a warning to others. Find a periodontist who will keep you informed on what they're doing as they're working on you, and also who lets you know upfront, before any procedure, exactly what it's going to involve."

"Like other reviews I had many issues with the front office staff, Office Manager, and their 3rd party billing service. It took 10 months to get the billing done properly, and another 6 weeks to get reimbursed from the clinic. Overall it was a very frustrating experience, though at the very end the Office Manager Kostas did provide some follow up."

"Every time I leave Fusion Dental office, I leave with a smile, granted it’s crooked from the Novacane. I’ve always had a huge fear of the dentist, every time the chair goes back tears start to run down my eyes. I’ve never experienced that here. Their bedside manner is absolutely amazing. "Everyone was very nice but my appointment was at 3.30 and I was left in the room until after 4pm. Totally get a surgery went long but this was not communicated until I came out of the room looking for help. Then when the doctor finally saw me, she said she couldn’t do the entire exam bc I had a deep cleaning 3 weeks prior. This was something that I would have never known was an issue when I was 1) referred to your clinic and 2) when I made this appointment. I was told I have to come back to finish the appointment. I have already paid and hope I won’t be charged twice??"
