"Genuinely the worst customer service I had EVER received. Actually in awe that their rating is so high. The front desk staff was continuously rude over the phone and in person, even when they got my appointment wrong and tried to charge me for wrongly missing my appointment. They're not explicit in their charges or services. Do NOT recommend."
"Great experience at the clinic. Everyone was very friendly and kind and made me feel at ease. The hygienists were very gentle and the dentist explained everything very well in a way I could easily understand. A very professional, welcoming place that I am happy to make my regular clinic!"
"As a first time patient I had high expectations based upon the reviews here. I loved being able to book online the day before the appointment, that kind of fast turn around is unheard of! I'm pretty sure it is due to overbooking patients. Parking was awful, the office and patient areas were freezing, I had to wait forever, they double/triple/maybe even quadruple book, the exam areas weren't very clean or up to date equipment-wise, no privacy (I could see other patients in the reflection of the window), the hygienist was too busy to clean my teeth, they took a TON of x-rays that weren't very clear and then the dentist tried to tell me I had cavities, that I grind my teeth (not true) and need a mouth guard, that a baby tooth I have is in danger, that Invisalign would help repair my bone loss (not true) and he was supposed to clean my teeth but kept telling me I needed to be moved to another room that wasn't ready in order to do it. He left me sitting there while he went to check on the room, for quite some time and I could hear him doing work on other patients while gone. After being there close to 90 mins I left without a cleaning and made it clear that their behavior was flat out causing me to have a panic attack. When I went to another dentist for a cleaning and 2nd opinion, not only were they concerned about the poor quality of the x-rays, including having lots of dark spots on them (NOT an accurate portrayal of reality), which are the areas that Dr. Kim tried to tell me I had cavities. Also, after a thorough exam of my teeth, they disagreed with everything the Division Smiles dentist said. Beware of dentist offices that try to get you to do unnecessary procedures and overbook patients! Also, what was up with the lack of heat in there?"
"Edit: Dr. Kim called me personally to apologize and took the time to talk me through any dental questions I had along with scheduling an immediate appointment that was easy to drop in and have him look at my teeth! He’s easily been the best dentist I have had in Oregon and appreciate his knowledge and skill. Pretty disappointed in the communication level and service I received today. I started going to Dr. Kim last year and enjoy his care and value his opinion. Today I had my bi-annual cleaning, and when the hygienist was done she scheduled me for another 6 months out and then told me I was all done. I was obviously very confused, as I had not even seen the dentist yet. As I am being shuffled out I asked why the dentist wasn’t going to be looking at my teeth and she only at this point mentions that he isn’t even there! I was pretty shocked that nothing was said to me the entire appointment and nothing would have been said to me if I didn’t ask. I don’t appreciate it when a business attempts to hide information and hopes you don’t notice when it is in regard to your health."
"I was hit by a car and my 2 front teeth were busted. The dentist got me in the day after I called! I couldn't believe how fast they got me in. Other places I called were trying to make me wait almost a week, even knowing it was an emergency and I was in pain. The dentist was so nice and caring. He was fantastic! I will be going to them for all my dental needs now. They worked with me on a payment plan and everything. I love how nice and professional they are. I highly recommend coming here!!"
