"I called them in tears stating I know I owe them money but my tooth just broke and can they please help me.I said I cannot pay my back bill now but could pay for the current services. They made an emergency appointment for the next morning and I started to relax a little. Then they called several hours later and said that they didn’t want to upset me earlier but I actually cannot be seen at my scheduled emergency appointment in the morning unless I paid a very large amount of money I told them I do not have. I bawled and said I would have to ask my parents for the money, who then told me no. So thank you for humiliating me and leaving me with a broken tooth and in pain."
