I used to manage a Foot Locker and the two working your Everett store let customer's walk in and out without so much as acknowledgement, while they focused ALL their time and energy on a single customer!? I don't know who owns this place, but you're missing out on 70 percent of potential business because of a lazy, untrained staff."

They measured my feet, checked foot placement and recommended an insole. They were polite and professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love the shoes I got. First rate footwear company."
