"I wouldn’t recommend taking your family there. Service was very slow. We had to wait 45 mins for the food even though there was no one except us. A worker and a friend of theirs were cross talking for a good 15 minutes while our family sat there. I noticed one worker getting pita bread from the store next door 20 minutes into the order. Our experience was ruined before food arrived and then the food was bland. The ramp entry to the place has no rails. Serious fall hazard. We only went after seeing the positive reviews. Not going back again!"

"As soon as we came yo Seattle this halal spot was on our list. And it was worth it. They have a nice small menu but it has all the variety it needs. The guy who took the order was very nice and patient. He helped us providing options with our selection. We ordered the lamb and beef gyro and also the chicken gyro. It was a nice size for a meal. It was freshly made. Loved the spice they marinated the chicken with. The veggies were good too. We were unaware that it came fries. The price seemed reasonable too. A must if you visit here. We also ordered chicken steak. However, they did not have rice but had noodles which I was uninterested in. So he swapped it out with salad and pita bread. They give 2 big size steak. The salad was good too. I did both like the fries that cane with the steak. Gave a mushy texture. All in all a very healthy meal I must say. I also lived the spice that the chicken was marinated in. A must try also. I did not like the dumpster next to the parking. Very dirty and full. Parking was not hard to find but it is packed so there might be waiting during peak ours. Also the Deli is located in an uphill area so please be mind full when you are parking. I did not see any restrooms. They have a nice grocery which has a common door with the deli. Restrooms are available there. Nevertheless do come here if you visit the area."

"We found this cafe on a whim and I'm so glad we did. It's modern, the atmosphere terrific, menu is eclectic, food quality top notch and customer service excellent. Being European, I find it difficult to find American restaurants that touch on all these points. Zain restaurant & cafe most certainly did. Like previous reviewers mentioned, it takes a little time for the food to arrive (not too much - 15min). I rather have my stew slow cooked and delicious than to have it rushed to the table. Also, if you're in the mood for a hot chocolate that knocks the ball out of the park, this is the one. We will be visiting soon again."
