"Next to impossible to talk to Penny directly. Person that you get to talk to can't answer questions. I've been paying monthly for a policy that was supposed to be canceled a year ago. I'm finding out that the lack of communication is a common problem at other insurance companies as well. Thats why I gave 3 stars and not 2."

The things she had to do for my situation were unimaginable, she went well above and beyond her normal duties to get the job done, and for that I will be forever grateful! She is the most helpful person I have ever encountered!
