"when I first wrote with Jessica Wade, the agent forgot to add that I was a mother, which gave me a significant discount. after another agent was reviewing my coverages, they caught this and were able to back date all the way to the date I was written. reimbursing me for the discount I was supposed to be getting. they were very diligent and hard working. I appreciated the customer service given at that time.
